5TH FOREHEAD OF THE MORNING

Hello All.
Just a quick one to wish the few of you who have looking into my page a Happy New Year.
And an extra special hello to Karpov and herehEAR who are the first people to actually follow this page.
Thank you.
In celebration I've posted the first of what may be a monthly, bi-monthly, yearly mix.
Its called Forehead of the Morning.
Just a pissed up Me, a turntable, a CD player, a delay unit and a sampler and some good ole tunes.
heres the tracklisting.

1. Dollar - Steve Spacek (one of the late great J Dilla finest production)
2. Saigon to San Francisco - Tousaint Maccall (forgive me for spellings, it is NY eve and I am drunk after all)
3. Please Stay - The Cryin' Shames (amazing production from Joe Meek of one of the greatest named bands of all time)
4. Take it Easy - Count Basie (does exactly what it says in the tin)
5. Your Love Is A Rainbow - Little Antony & The Imperials (one of my favourite voices of all time, The Lo-Fis actually tried to get a guest vocal from him but he ignored us. He's into God now)
6. Dubble Bubble - Stat Quo ft B.O.B (reports of Hip Hops death have been greatly exaggerated)
7. Born To Cry - Dion & The Belmonts (nothing but drama)
8. Chickentown - John Cooper Clarke (brilliant and brilliant. think it might have actually been in an episode of Sopranos)
9. Let the Rhytmn Hit em acapella - Rakin (The R, saw him in NYC last month, killer despite the 40 people on stage with him including his father in law and his bored looking kids)
10. Ashamed to say I don't know who this is by. I know it is an all female NYC band. Sorry. But it is amazing
11. Music Time - ??? (again brilliant, again no idea who it by)
12. I Want You Back - The Finger 5. (Japans jackson 5, cover your ears when Japans michael hits the high note) p.s you can have that editted beat at the end for nowt
13. Another One - Lord & Master (ego rub here, new tune from me and the amazing Willy Washington/Marlo)
14. Nautilus - B Bumble & the Stingers (mad piece of underwater sounds, thanks to Max at wirelessfm and many great parties for this)
15. Without You (waajeeds flash gordon mix) - Troubleman (love this, love Waajeed)

There you go, enjoy when you're feeling sorry for yourself after NY eve.
See you next year.
